I am unable to log into my account and I am registered for an account this year.

These instructions are for accounts that are already registered for this school year's event. If your student participated last year and you're trying to sign in for the first time this school year, click here.

 Reset Your Password

  • Navigate to heart.org/jump
  • Click on the red Headquarters Login button on the left
  • Click Reset Password
  • In Option 2, enter the email address that's associated with the account 
  • Click Submit

For security purposes, you'll be asked to provide the answer to the security question you set up when the account was first registered.
